We will be taking over LeBarge Tropical Cruises, on Wednesday night, May 24th! Price will be $15 per person and will be first come first sail! A separate email will be sent out next week covering the details and providing sign-up and payment information.

With our recent growth in membership, hotel and meeting space will be tighter than in previous years, so register early!

To book your hotel reservations at the overflow hotel, contact the Holiday Inn Sarasota-Lido Beach, 233 Ben Franklin Drive, Sarasota, FL, 34236, at 1-888-465-4329 and inform them you are with the FRMA 2017 Annual Conference Overflow in order to receive the group rate. The Holiday Inn is within walking distance of the Lido Beach Resort.
Room with City View: $135 per night
Room with Gulf View: $165 per night
•Tax exempt agencies must present a tax emempt certificate at check in.
•The $25 daily service fee is waived for FRMA attendees.

Registration deadline is April 21, 2017. However, hotel space is limited, so complete your registration and make your hotel reservations early!

Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to and will incur a $75 administrative fee until April 21, 2017. Due to contractual obligations, no refunds will be granted for conference registration cancellations after April 21, 2017. Substitutions are permitted and must be submitted through the registration website at
